At Armaanz Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🚚 Damaged / Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Opened/used perfumes

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
